I loved everything about Ms. Keyshia and her shop! The space was clean, organized, and super comfy. Ms. Keyshia was ON TIME, professional, and took the time to educate me on how to care for my natural hair.

When I was initially booking, I pulled back — but she actually called me. Yes, called me, in the most polite and caring tone, and asked, “What can I do to help you?” That moment right there made me book. She genuinely cared, and that meant everything to me.

Work and family keep me running nonstop, so I booked a 7am Saturday appointment (and wasn’t even charged extra!). Ms. Keyshia greeted me with a smile right on time. I talk for 10+ hours a day at work, so this appointment was truly my “peace time.” She let me sit in silence and just enjoy the care she gave to my hair.

The music was relaxing, the vibe was perfect, and my hair feels soft, bouncy, and healthy. She’s not expensive at all — the quality of care and service you get is worth far more than what she charges. I left feeling refreshed.
